Overview

  • The CFX C1000 Touch base, with integrated touch screen, provides easy stand-alone functionality. Run information can be visualized in real time.
  • The CFX96 module (for use with 96-well plates) has a six-channel optical system with precise thermal gradient control to produced sensitive, reliable qPCR results for up to five-target detection. Sample volumes can be as low as 10 µl.
  • The CFX384 module (for use with 384-well plates) has a five-channel optical system with precise thermal gradient control to produced sensitive, reliable qPCR results for up to four-target detection. Sample volumes can be as low as 3 µl.
  • The CFX Dual 48/48 Fast Reaction module (for use with standard 0.2 ml PCR tubes or strips) features two independent 48-well components with thermal gradients.
  • CFX Manager™ software provides experimental setup and analysis features for real time qPCR.
