Atomic Force Microscope (AFM; Bruker)

Overview

The Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) BioScope Catalyst (Bruker) uses “Peak Force Tapping” to produce atomic resolution imaging and nanomechanical mapping of a surface, in air or fluid. Samples are prepared with the EasyAlign Accessory, allowing for simple alignment of the laser with the cantilever. Analysis via NanoScope analysis software.
