Overview

The Nova Biomedical BioProfile FLEX2 Automated Cell Culture Analyzer automated, fast, small volume system for obtaining detailed biomolecular profiles of numerous chemistries, gases, cell density, viability, and osmolality, in a single run for complete process insight.

The full 16 cell culture test menu includes:

  • metabolites: glucose (Gluc), lactate (Lac), glutamine (Gln), glutamate (Glu), ammonium (NH4+)];
  • electrolytes sodium (Na+), potassium (K+), calcium (Ca++);
  • gases/pH: pH, partial pressues of carbon dioxide (PCO2), partial pressure of oxygen (PO2); and
  • total cell density, viable cell density, viability, cell diameter, and osmolality.

Requires microsensor cards and cartridges. Operating temperature range between 15oC to 40oC.
