Particle Visualization Microscope (PVM)

Overview

The Mettler Toledo Particle Visualization Microscope® (PVM; Model V819) is a probe-based vision tool that provides immediate, critical insight into crystal, particle and droplet systems.

It can capture mulitple images per experiment helps to immediately visualize changes to particles, droplets, or cells allowing for quick identification of changes in shape, formation, shape, morphology, and agglomeration.

Suitable for particles from 2 microns up to 1 mm in size, and in concentrations up to 50% solids and higher.
