Academic Partners

The Biointerfaces Institute provides Academic Partners with access to state-of-the-art equipment for the production, screening and characterization of biosurfaces and biomaterials.

Researchers can receive training to allow for “hands-on” usage of the infrastructure or can take advantage of the BI technical staff’s expertise to enable their work.

Industry Partners

Industry Partners connecting with the Biointerfaces Institute facilitates access to unique expertise and infrastructure for the development and commercialization of technologies related to surfaces, particles and biomaterials.

The BI team has developed a workflow capable of translating projects from the initial discovery to the early stage prototyping.
