BI Services

The BI provides technical expertise and scientific analysis across all our suites and instruments to both internal and external researchers. Instrument usage and analysis is performed either via hands-on equipment training followed by supported independent usage, or via sample submission for equipment and analysis to be performed by Technical Staff. Equipment usage and analysis is on a sample- or hourly-cost basis. Technical Staff are on-site daily to provide instrument training, offer equipment usage support, perform analysis, offer advice on sample preparation and analysis, and perform instrument maintenance.
